Amen Sonny! I find it interesting that the phishing scam used people's own narcissism against them. Someone out there is paying attention to what's going on... So much focus is on technology and tools while people disregard content and messaging...in essence the brand at stake. Trust and branding go hand in hand as far as I'm concerned.
