		<description>Spot on about soft launches, Monica. Sure, it may feel great to have your entire strategy laid out and launched on a specific date &amp; time - but as long-term as that may sound, without the tweaking/testing/fixing, it&#039;s more short-term than anything.</description>

Launch soft, test, fix, build steam - then do the big launch a few months later.

Things are moving too rapidly to get caught up in big launches. Just ship.</description>
